The location was convenient, close to the main attractions. The executive room had a great view, and the buffet breakfast was plentiful with a good variety of options.
The room was not perfectly clean and we experienced some issues with the room service. The price for the accommodations was quite high, which lowered our overall satisfaction with the experience.

Worst service and manager
In general: We had to call multiple times to even get drinking water in our rooms, the junior staff is good however the managers out there are rude and least bothered about any complaints made. When we mentioned about the terrible food the manager simply said ok we can not do anything about it. Worst service and hotel ever. Will make sure that i publish the same in all my facebook and Twitter groups so that i can save people from this hotel. Service: Worst, terrible and filthy. Dining: Food is third grade and tasteless Room: No proper lighting, half of the bulbs werent working , the latches on the doors were broken

The location of the hotel is ideal, being situated close to key sights and amenities. The rooms were spacious and clean and provided lovely views. The staff was welcoming and accommodating, making our stay homely and warm.
The Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable at times, which caused some inconvenience. The hotel offered limited options for breakfast, and the noise from the hallway was quite loud and came through the room door.
